Miss Lotta Cruises rain or shine. All activities run regardless of weather conditions. In the event of high winds, it is up to the Captain’s discretion to determine cruise cancelation.
We have a climate controlled/enclosed dining room. If the guest fails to show up for the activity due to weather preferences, they will not be able to obtain a refund or reschedule. In the event of severe weather, the cruise will be cancelled. We will notify all guests via email or telephone up to 2 hours before the event. If Lake Hopatcong Cruises cancels an activity, the ticket holder will be able to obtain a refund for the amount of tickets purchased or he/she will be able to reschedule for another date—subject to availability.
Once tickets are purchased, they cannot be refunded – all tickets are FINAL SALE! In the case of an emergency, tickets can be rescheduled for another date. Outstanding tickets cannot be transferred from year to year. If you have any further questions, please call our office at 973-663-5000.
Gratuity is not included in the price of your ticket. It is customary to extend gratuities to the staff for their services. You will be able to leave gratuities via credit card or cash; but cannot be left with a Lake Hopatcong Cruises Gift Card.
Life Jacket Policy:
We supply enough life jackets for every passenger on our vessel but adults are not required to wear them during the cruise. All children under the age of 12 must wear a life jacket and be accompanied by an adult on the upper deck.
Lake Hopatcong Cruises is handicapped accessible but not ADA Compliant. We can accept wheelchairs that do not exceed 27” in width. Our bathrooms on board are limited in space and are not handicapped accessible.
Smoking is prohibited on Miss Lotta.
